FEMA positioned 250,000 meals, 400,000 liters of water and 30 generators at Camp Minden, Louisiana, and has 28 Urban Search and Rescue teams on standby. The forecast calls for 3‑6 inches of snow across the interior, up to 1 foot in the Northeast, and 8‑12 inches in New York City.
