Unlicensed Immigration Consultant Su Charged in Saskatchewan

On Jan. 15 2026 Saskatchewan prosecutors charged Jun Su of Saskatoon with providing immigration services without a licence under the Immigration Services Act, 2024. The case is linked to TingTing Biao, who paid $40,000 to Su’s firm, Jun HR Solutions, for a promised permanent‑residency pathway that never materialised. Biao’s family later spent a total of $110,000 on a contract that yielded a rejected work permit and a failed LMIA. If convicted Su faces a maximum fine of $750,000 and up to two years in prison. Su will testify in provincial court on Feb. 18 while the province urges Canadians with immigration questions to contact the Ministry’s Program Compliance Branch.
