A 12 year old boy has been charged with sexual assault after a woman in her 60s was found seriously injured. The victim was discovered at a property in the Duddeston area of Birmingham at around 6. He was arrested and charged with wounding and sexual assault. West Midlands Police said he has also been charged with a separate theft matter and intentional strangulation after a woman was confronted in the street last month.
