Rolls‑Royce CEO to Receive £13m Pay Boost
Tufan Erginbilgic will earn over £13m annually as Rolls‑Royce raises his bonus and incentives.

Rolls‑Royce Holdings, the FTSE‑100 engineering group now valued at over £100 bn, plans to give CEO Tufan Erginbilgic an annual package exceeding £13 m. The board will raise his bonus from two to three times his base salary (£1.2 m) and double his long‑term incentive award from 375 % to 750 % of salary. Erginbilgic, who joined in January 2023, orchestrated the company’s turnaround after the COVID‑era slump. His stock awards of 8.3 m shares rose from a £7.5 m initial value to about £107 m today. Shares surged from 93.2 p to 1285.5 p, pushing market capitalisation to £108 bn. Annual results next month expect £3.1‑3.2 bn operating profit and >£3 bn free cash flow.
