Mexican authorities seized $40m in motorcycles linked to former Olympic snowboarder Ryan Wedding, a fugitive on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list.

Mexican authorities seized dozens of motorcycles worth approximately $40 million in the ongoing hunt for former Olympic snowboarder Ryan Wedding, who is on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list. Wedding, 44, a Canadian national who competed in the 2002 Winter Olympics for Canada, is accused of running a multinational drug trafficking network that moves about 60 tons of cocaine annually between Colombia, Mexico, Southern California, and Canada. He is also charged with orchestrating the murder of a federal witness in Colombia in January 2024. US authorities believe Wedding is living in Mexico under the protection of the Sinaloa Cartel, with a reward of up to $15 million offered for information leading to his arrest. The seizures, conducted with assistance from Mexican authorities, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and the Los Angeles Police Department, also included artworks and medals.
