Authorities are still investigating the circumstances. Storm Chandra triggered widespread flooding across the UK, with 85 flood warnings and 214 flood alerts nationwide by Wednesday. The Met Office warned of further heavy rain, while 103 mm of rain fell in Katesbridge, Northern Ireland. Residents in Dorset and Somerset were advised to evacuate as water levels rose.
