Gender clinics are to be forced to release data on the lasting outcomes of NHS puberty blockers on thousands of adults who received treatments as children. The data of 9 000 adults treated at the Tavistock gender identity clinic as children, before it closed in 2023, will be linked with their adult NHS records to determine the long term impacts of treatments.
