Conservatives Raise $48M in 2025, Liberals Hit $29M
Canada’s Conservative Party broke its 2025 fundraising record, raising almost $48 million, while the Liberals also set a record with over $29 million.

In a statement, Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre announced that the party raised nearly $48 million from more than 327,000 donors in 2025, breaking its 2024 record. Elections Canada’s quarterly totals show $28.1 million in Q1, $9 million in Q2, and $4.2 million in Q3, with a projected $6.4 million for Q4. Liberal Party chief Azam Ishmael reported >$29 million for the year, almost double 2024’s $15 million, with $13.2 million in Q1, $7.6 million in Q2 and $2.95 million in Q3. New Democrats donated $4.6 million in the first nine months. The record shows growing donor confidence ahead of the next federal election.
