On January 7, 2026, the 32nd Annual SAG Awards announced nominations that spotlight Canadian talent. Seth Rogen and Catherine O'Hara were each nominated for Outstanding Performance in a Leading Role for Apple TV+’s The Studio, a series created by Vancouver‑born Rogen. Martin Short earned a nomination in the same category for Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building. Both shows also received ensemble nominations. The ceremony, scheduled for March 1, 2026 in Los Angeles, will stream live on Netflix. The awards, governed by 122,000 SAG‑AFTRA members, also feature a record‑setting seven nominations for the film One Battle After Another, underscoring the breadth of Hollywood’s talent pool.
